M. Tevfik GÖKSU ESENLER MAYOR Born in 1966 Gölbaşı Adiyaman M. Tevfik Goksu, primary education in Golbasi, from 1980-1985 he completed his secondary education in Istanbul Eyup Imam Hatip High School. Yildiz Technical University, Department of Geomatics Engineering, he graduated in 1990. Between 1991-1994 in Istanbul University Faculty of Economics Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Department, he completed his master s degree. Intensifying academic studies in sociology M. Tevfik Göksu, Sakarya University has continued on the start of the doctoral studies in Political Sociology Department of Sociology. M. Tevfik Goksu always present in active politics, was found in Welfare and the Virtue Party in Istanbul Provincial Vice President. Political work, as well as the continuous close contact with civil society organizations resume the Goksu, the National Youth Foundation Founder and made the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Marmara Region.
