TÜYAP BOOK AND ART FAIRS END WITH A RECORD NUMBER OF VISITORS
The 36th International Istanbul Book Fair held by TÜYAP Fairs in partnership with the Turkish Publishers Association and the concurrent ARTIST 2017 / 27th Istanbul Art Fair concluded on Sunday, November 12th after receiving a record-breaking number of visitors. The number of visitors to the TÜYAP Book and Art Fairs increased by 20% over the last year to a total of 742,445 visitors.We would like to thank all visitors, writers taking part in events to meet their readers, and all exhibiting publishers, nongovernmental organizations, galleries, independent groups, young artists, art initiatives and private collection holders for their interest in our fairs, and hope to meet everyone again at the 37th International Istanbul Book Fair and 28th Istanbul Art Fair next year.
